Please note:
● $100 per student per semester is allotted for orders. Total order amount will be
deducted from the students' stipend balance. Any remaining 1st semester Office
Depot balance will not roll over to 2nd semester.
● Be sure to checkout/submit orders. If this is not done correctly your order will not
be submitted and approved.
● Orders are for basic school supplies only (see attached list of approved items)
● All orders are delivered to Gateway Academy. We will email you once the orders
are inventoried and ready to be picked up.

If you have any questions or you are not able to log into your account, please contact
the Gateway Office. DO NOT CONTACT OFFICE DEPOT.

Office Depot orders are for basic school supplies only, school supplies for
reimbursement must be purchased through your Office Depot Account. Arts and crafts
supplies are considered Instructional Materials, contact your Consulting Teacher or
review the handbook for requirements on purchasing Instructional Materials.

● Paper: copy paper (limit 5 reams), construction, cardstock, loose leaf,

● Printer Ink - 1 cartridge per color (cost will not be included in the $100 per
student allotment)

 

No classroom sets of any item will be approved. Gateway Academy reserves the right
to make changes to your order. We also reserve the right to update the approved
supply list at any time during the school year.
